Privacy Policy
Block Drop is a puzzle game published by Weird Studio. This policy explains what the app does with information, in plain terms. The short version: the game asks for nothing about you, and keeps your progress on your own phone.
What we collect
Nothing. Block Drop has no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or files, and the app requests no permission to reach any of them.
What is stored on your device
The game saves a small amount of data locally so it can pick up where you left off:
- Your best score in each game mode
- Whether music and sound effects are on or off
- Whether you have already seen the tutorial
This never leaves your device and is not readable by us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
Advertising
Block Drop is free and is paid for by advertising, served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google may collect and use certain information, including your device's advertising identifier, general device and network details, and how you interact with the ads themselves. We do not receive this information, and we cannot identify you from it.
How Google handles that data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices
-
Reset or delete your advertising ID. On Android:
Settings › Privacy › Ads. You can reset the identifier or delete it entirely, which stops advertisers building a profile from it. - Consent, if you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. The first time the app runs it shows a consent form, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, asking whether personalised ads are acceptable to you. You can change that answer at any time from the app's settings.
- Remove everything. Uninstalling the app removes all data it saved on your device.
Children
Block Drop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please write to us and we will act on it.
Security
Because the app holds no personal information and sends none to us, there is nothing of yours for us to lose. Ad requests between your device and Google are encrypted in transit.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address and the date at the top will be updated. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
